Our mission is to provide an open and welcoming environment for all members of the LGBTQ family. Through the use of our individual lived experiences and collective power, we host community events, assistance programs, and various other forms of support in our efforts to create a loving community where everyone belongs.

Our Values

Integrity: We do what’s right and stand by our values to support and provide assistance to our LGBTQ Community. 

Equity: Any and all are welcome at The Center. Caring for our community is of utmost priority, and we will never deny assistance to whomever comes through our doors. 

Joy: Our community’s happiness is our happiness. We find joy in building the LGBTQ community up and we strive to deliver that joy in every aspect at The Center.

Memberships start at $25 a year for individuals and $40 a year for you and another person. As a member, you will be informed of everything happening at The Center through our website, weekly e-newsletter and monthly calendars. Join and meet new friends, gain new opportunities, add enrichment into your life, and stay connected to your community.

Why Be A Member

We are a central gathering place with an abundance of services and programs for the desert’s LGBTQ+ community with over 1,100 members throughout the Coachella Valley. Your membership contributions help better support our works at The Center, entitling you to lower rates on many programs and classes held at our facilities. As a member, you can make the most out of all that we do at The Center and create deeper, more intimate bonds within the community.
