Desert Hot Springs City Council: Why I think Jan Pye is the best candidate for District 3

As someone who retired to Desert Hot Sprints in 2001 and has participated in civic and philanthropic organizations for the last 20+ years, I have witnessed Jan Pye and Adam Sanchez, both District 3 candidates for city council, and their involvement with the city. 

Whereas Jan as a councilmember always listened to all sides carefully and then consistently voted for things that proved to be best for the city, Adam’s tenure as mayor was, in my view, disastrous.

I believe that during that time, the city’s reputation suffered and the city moved backward in terms of serving citizens. It is very important for Desert Hot Springs that those in District 3 vote for Jan Pye.
